I called for a reservation to accommodate a large party, I was also celebrating a graduation. It was our first time here and it was fantastic! Our server Minh was very patient and friendly with our party. He checked on us very often and also gave our table a surprise gift for our celebration. All of our orders came in a timely manner and no errors. I would totally come back here. The meats were very tasty and high quality. The appetizers were amazing! Although as new timers and being in a large party can be a little overwhelming, Minh was always on his A-Game !Ask for Minh to be your server for the best service !

No Complaints. Everything Was GREAT. First Time Trying This Place And Everything Was Awesome. The Ambience, The Customer Service , And Most Importantly The Food. So Many Options. We Got The $35 Premium All You Can Eat. 2 Free Appetizers. Free Dessert Like How Can You Not Love This. The Flavor Is Even Better Than The Popular Chain “Gen Q BBQ” Obsessed With That Spicy Beef Bulgogi And Marinated Steak. Will Definitely Be Back.

The meat is frozen do not recommend. First time visiting, we used the free valet parking that was convenient. We had a reservation but it was not busy on a Saturday night. After seating we waited a while and a server never came, then the manager came and took our drink order. We then got all the free side dishes with no explanation of how the meal progression works. Then a server finally came to take our meat order. The appetizers and side dishes tasted fine, similar to what you would eat at a buffet, not the highest quality but okay. The meat is not fresh, it was clearly frozen as you could see the white frosting and the brown oxidation, and it was hard to the touch. This impacted the cooking process as there was a lot of water in the frozen meat it was not room temperature so a lot of liquid starts coming out of the meat when you cook it this way. The bathrooms were dirty, the men’s was flooded and had a wall repair midway, and the soap dispenser did not work. We did not eat the frozen meat, we told our server charge us whatever you want we are leaving because of the meat quality, they gave us 50% off so we only paid 1 of the $35 packages.

So happy to have an inner loop AYCE KBBQ… we frequent bellaire but in high traffic times or lazier evenings, Handam BBQ in the Heights is one of our go-tos! We’ve been here several times and it never disappoints, but this visit was next level thanks to our server, David. He was awesome and made the whole experience fun and easy, it truly wouldn’t have been the same without him. He was knowledgeable and taught us about their new additions, including hot pot. The $35 all-you-can-eat deal with premium meats is such a steal, and the spicy pork belly, hanger steak, and LA kalbi short ribs are unreal. Every banchan is delicious, the premium appetizers are a great touch, and we love that they now offer hot pot and have added a new sauce bar. My fav, the garlic jalapeño sauce is a MUST try. They also have a full bar with tons of drink and soju options, plus the cheesy corn and K-ramen are always favorites for apps at our table. Complimentary valet is taken care of if you’re worried about parking, they’re fast and easy to use! Every time we leave we can’t wait to come back!

Same good experience... different location Service and atmosphere: Our server was fairly friendly and provided us with some recommendations in the beginning. Other staff members were attentive and helpful too. The restaurant was clean, well organised and have modern and clean cut look to it. They offer many tables arrangements. Food and drinks: Very good selections in both areas. I recommend 'all you can eat' option which includes beef, poultry, seafood, and pork cuts. Many options to choose from in each category. We opted for beef only. Meat was well seasoned, marinated, cut and presented. You will get great variety of in-house made side dishes. The restaurant offers wide selection of alcoholic beverages too. Pricing: worth it. $$ - $35 per person for all you can eat is super
